As the name suggests, this is an assortment of purple beads. They're all encased so they have a wonderful depth to them.
Us lampworkers are really spoilt for choice when it comes to purple glass. There are so many shades of it to choose from and a load more can be created by mixing and layering colours. The palest pinky-purple and the deeper, more amethyst pink-purple here in this set are the exact same glass. I just layered it over different base colours and in varying thicknesses to get two different shades. Glassy magic!

Beautiful colour combinations, reminds me of a dear friend that recently passed away as these were her favourite colours, pink, purple, lilac.
